IIColour & appearance
- Colour varies between devices (phone / computer / tablet). The item seen in natural light is the reference.
- Colour temperature changes how the piece reads (warm light yellowing, cool light bluing). View it in natural or neutral light.
- Slight colour differences between production batches, from ink or paper variation, are normal.
IIISize & craft tolerance
- Hand cutting, backing and mounting carry a reasonable tolerance of ±1 cm. Scroll and frame component sizes are subject to the actual item.
- Silk canvas has a woven texture and a slight translucency; fine art paper varies in grain and weight. Both are natural properties of the material.
- Source images come from photography or scanning of the original. Depending on how the original has been kept, signs of ageing may appear — normal for a reproduction and not a quality fault.
IVUse & care
- Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures and damp. Fading, mould, distortion or curling caused by these are outside the warranty.
- Dust with a soft dry cloth; do not use a damp cloth or detergent. Stains on silk or paper cannot be repaired.
- Scrolls should be hung level so they are not stressed unevenly over time. Frames should be fixed with expansion bolts; damage from a fall is not covered.
VIntellectual property
- Image copyright belongs to the licensor. We sell only licensed reproductions.
- Re-photographing, scanning, copying, reselling or commercially using (including in advertising, publishing and film) images of this product is prohibited. Commercial use requires a separate licence.
- If a customer supplies an image for custom work, the customer must own the copyright or hold a licence; liability for infringement rests with the customer.
VITerms of trade
- Reproductions and hand-painted originals are priced on entirely separate bases. Do not use the price of a print to judge the value of an original.
- To receive an invoice, note the billing details with your order. Standard and VAT invoices are issued on request.
- For made-to-order pieces (specified size / mounting / frame) the lead time is set by the craft involved. Made-to-order items are not returnable without a quality fault.
- Fragile items ship fully insured. Remote-area and overseas shipping is charged separately. Address changes are not possible after dispatch.

- 48-hour inspection window: transit damage is replaced on production of an unboxing video or photos; after that the goods are deemed accepted.
- 7-day no-reason return: unmounted, unhung and in original packaging (buyer pays return shipping). Made-to-order items excluded.
- Colour is judged against the item in natural light. Clear misprints (for example gold rendered grey) are returnable.
- If noticeable fading occurs within the warranted period (3 years) under indoor, light-protected display, we reprint free of charge (buyer pays shipping).
- Our team responds within 24 hours and proposes a resolution within 72 hours.

- Where these terms conflict with the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests or the E-commerce Law, the law prevails.
